Custom Magento module built for TRITENGO. This Magento module adds new features that operate both in the e-commerce admin area and on the storefront. While browsing the store, shoppers can add products to the cart and also add products to a quote — since this module lets the store define which products are for sale and which are quote-only. The module ships a new checkout-style screen specifically for finalizing quotes, independent of Magento's native cart and checkout. The customer freely picks the products to quote, then reviews item by item, sets quantities and/or removes items, fills in their data and finalizes the quote. After generation, quotes appear in a dedicated area inside the Magento admin panel — supporting new quote creation, manipulation of customer- and staff-created quotes, control by salesperson, PDF export of proposals, attached artwork, full quote-history tracking and more. The Magento quotation module also fires automated transactional emails that keep customers and admins informed about the quote status.
