Web system developed for AGT. The system features a Dashboard with general data and perspectives covering every area in the software. The catalog area handles full management of subdivisions: general data, financial info, registry data with upload of contract templates that auto-fill on sales, blocks and lots tied to each subdivision. The customer area handles full management of every data point needed for contracts and personal-document upload. In the financial sales area, users can register new sales with automated calculations, manage sales with single or batch bank-slip generation, apply inflation, amortize installments, handle assignments and cancellations, follow each sale's history and print proposals and contracts. In bank slips, users can export remittances with files ready to import into the configured bank's internet banking and import return files with automatic settlement of paid invoices. The bank area handles registration and management of banks issuing slips, and the salesperson area lets users create and manage salespeople linked to each sale. The web layout was built responsively and runs on every device.
