EasyLotes

Web system developed for EasyLotes. This system prospects subdivision projects to investors and ships a showcase area that displays every subdivision flagged in its registration to be shown as a prospecting project. There is a user role called Investor with unrestricted access to the new prospecting projects area but no access to the rest of the system. The prospecting projects area features a grid with each subdivision's cover image and current status. Clicking on a subdivision's cover, the investor immediately sees all current data managed directly by the system. The workflow runs automatically and is managed directly in each subdivision's registration: any change to the subdivision is immediately available to investors. The subdivision catalog area contains every field for registering and managing subdivisions, plus a toggle to enable/disable display in the prospecting area, and a field to set the project's current status (Prospect, Started, In Progress, Completed).
