Overview
On-Page SEO and page-load performance optimizations applied to the architecture-projects online store Aqui Projetos. The following On-Page SEO processes were applied to fix issues and optimize the store's pages: added a permanent (301) redirect from the www version to the non-www version, set the preferred URL in Google Search Console, fixed 404 issues on broken URLs, optimized titles and meta descriptions, restructured document outlines, optimized URL structures with redirects to preserve relevance, optimized Sitemap and robots.txt for the e-commerce page structure, removed duplications and added structured data (Rich Snippets). For performance optimization, a new server was provisioned with NGINX, PHP-FPM, MariaDB, Redis, cache systems and modules, while pages received minification and compression of static assets (HTML, JavaScript and CSS), JavaScript and CSS relocation to avoid blocking page render, image lazy loading, refactoring of inline CSS and JavaScript, CDN setup, image optimization for size reduction without losing quality, and more.
